New adventures with LeapPad

LeapFrog has launched it’s new addition to their educational range in the shape of the Magic Adventures Microscope™.

Targeting children from five years, the microscope opens up a whole new world of discovery amidst the microscopic environment around them.

There’s so much mystery surrounding those things that are unseen and so, mini scientists and budding explorers can now safely discover the wonderful tiny worlds around them delving into the education and history of subjects such as the human body, minerals, flowers, food and animals, all through the lens of the Magic Adventures Microscope.

The microscope features a clear 2.4″ LCD viewing screen that is brought to life with stunning BBC content on nine double-sided Smart Slides, written by science educators, featuring 18 categories, games and audio that is educational and fun.

These tiny worlds offer huge discoveries in an immersive and educational way that’s fun for the whole family. Children can also explore and prepare their own samples with its 50x-200x magnification, using the included blank slides and tray so whether it’s a strand of hair, blade of grass or crumb of food, the view highlights that it’s so much more than it appears to the naked eye.

Young biologists an also save up to 100 pictures of their own discoveries, play four action-packed adventure games to feed and heal microorganisms and defend them from micro-invaders across 24 exciting levels.
