Monsoon has joined forces with rising British artist and print designer, Charlie Taylor, to launch a limited-edition collection celebrating colour, craftsmanship and modern family style.
The 10-piece capsule collection spans womenswear and childrenswear for ages 3-13, combining Monsoon’s signature bohemian silhouettes with three exclusive prints created by Taylor. Inspired by her travels, from the intricate patterns of Morocco to sun-drenched Mediterranean destinations, each design began as an original hand-painted artwork before being transformed into some stunning wearable pieces.
The collection offers a fresh take on the mini-me trend, taking the copycat and focusing more on coordinated dressing. Designed to be mixed and matched across generations, the range allows mothers, daughters and siblings to share a similar aesthetic while expressing their individual style.
Featuring breezy dresses, lightweight separates and a square scarf accessory, the collection has been created with summer in mind, so the time is now, blending comfort and versatility with vibrant, artistic prints.
Speaking about the collaboration, Monsoon Creative Director Caroline Jackson said: “At its heart, this collaboration is about celebrating boho craftsmanship. By working with an emerging female artist, we bring a fresh, artisanal perspective, honouring heritage techniques while championing the next generation of creative voices.”
Charlie Taylor added: “I loved working on this collection with Monsoon. I wanted the designs to feel joyful and special, with colours and motifs that evoke the sea washing over your toes and long, sun-soaked lunches beneath palm trees. I hope people feel the warmth of the sun wearing these pieces, a postcard from holiday for every day.”
