Heinz launch Beanz Nuggetz

In a first for the big food brand, Heinz has launched a brand new range of child-friendly nuggets to make meal times a little more interesting!

Made with everyone’s favourite – baked beans – and some added vegetable goodness, the collection is a fresh spin on the meat variety.

Designed to appeal to kids who love nuggets, the veg-packed Nuggetz come in three child-friendly varieties – Original Nuggetz, a tomato and sweetcorn blend (suitable for vegans and vegetarians); Cheesy Nuggetz featuring cauliflower and cheddar cheese (suitable for vegetarians) and Curried Nuggetz packed with parsnip, carrot, coconut and mild curry spices (suitable for vegans and vegetarians).

As a simple and easy mealtime option, there’s comfort in knowing the crispy nuggets are packed full of nutrients. From tangy to cheesy to a little spice, the three options provide good variety with plenty of flavour and lots of hidden goodness. The nuggets also contain no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives

Sophie Higgins, Head of Growth Platform at Heinz New Ventures, said: “We know that parents want quick, easy meals that their kids will eat – but they also want them to be delicious and without any nasties. We’re also seeing more parents opting for meat-free options at least once a week. And of course, if we can help parents get some extra veggies into their kids’ mealtimes, we know that’s a bonus too.

“That’s why we’re really proud of our Magical Beanz Nuggetz: delicious crispy nuggets that kids will love. Who knew you could make nuggets out of the little nutritional powerhouses that are beans?! They really do seem magical – or as we would say, unbeanlievable.  We think they’re set to be a mealtime game-changer!”

Heinz Magical Beanz Nuggetz follow in the footsteps of Heinz Beanz Bowls, Heinz Beanz Burgerz, Heinz Beanz Hash Browns and Heinz Beanz Pizza that all launched last year.

Heinz Magic Beanz Nuggetz are available exclusively from ASDA, and online on Ocado priced £2.75.
