The beloved Toniebox just got a major glow-up! Tonies®, the company behind the original screen-free audio player that has been entertaining kids for over a decade, and they have now unveiled Toniebox 2, their biggest upgrade yet! We managed to get a sneak peek recently of the new Toniebox and you’ll be pleased to know that it keeps the same kid-proof toughness but now comes with softer corners, new colours, and extra squeezability. We love the addition of the Light Ring, a soft glow of rainbow colors when Tonies are playing that also gives kids little light cues during games.
Tonieplay
Toniebox 2 still lets kids pop on a favourite Tonie character to hear songs and stories, but now there’s Tonieplay, a brand-new way to play. Using the Tonieplay Controller, kids can go on audio adventures, play games, and take quizzes guided by some of their favourite characters like PAW Patrol, Gabby’s Dollhouse, and Winnie the Pooh. It’s totally screen-free, so they can play safely and independently.
Sleep-Friendly Features
Hopefully, bedtime is going to get a little easier. Toniebox 2 comes with a Sleep Timer and Sunrise Alarm to help kids wind down and wake up gently.
Little Listeners
Tonies have also launched My First Tonies, a brand-new range of soft, squeezable characters made just for toddlers from 12 months and up. They feature simple songs, real-world sounds, and first words so building in a lot more learning and development into what is essentially, a fun experience.
It’s also worth noting that Tonies is still ad-free and all content is within the safe tonies ecosystem, so you can rest easy knowing what your child is listening to. The updated tonies app also makes it simple to check in, adjust settings, and track listening habits.
