We are currently mid summer break and in addition to all of the excitement happening, it’s also a very stressful time. For many parents, the holiday doesn’t truly begin until everyone is through security, fed and happily waiting to board.
No1 Lounges, the airport lounge service, is hoping to take some of the stress out of travelling with children by introducing a brand-new My Little Loungers Picnic Box for younger passengers.
Available throughout August at My Lounge airport lounges, the new picnic box has been designed especially for children aged 2 to 7, combining healthier snacks with activities to help keep little travellers entertained before take-off.
Recognising that airport delays and long waits at the gate can be challenging, the travel-friendly box includes a selection of wholesome snacks alongside a mini colouring pad, pencils and Mylo, the My Lounge teddy bear, giving children something to enjoy both before and during their journey.
The launch reflects a growing demand for more family-friendly airport experiences, with many parents looking for ways to make travelling with young children as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Available exclusively to guests who pre-book a visit to My Lounge, families can relax in a dedicated airport lounge before their flight, with complimentary food and drinks, comfortable seating, unlimited Wi-Fi and charging points all included in the experience.
With lounges located at Heathrow Terminal 3, Gatwick North, Gatwick South and London Luton Airport, the new children’s picnic box offers another thoughtful touch for families heading off on their summer adventures.
Pre-booked lounge passes in My Lounge this summer are available from £38 per adult and £21 per child aged 2-11 at https://no1lounges.com/our-lounges/my-lounge/
