I think we may have just found our favourite collaboration – is there anything more quintessentially British than Liberty’s signature prints, coupled with the design of Swedish baby brand, Polarn O. Pyret (PO.P). When it comes to children’s clothing, parents often want pieces that are not only beautiful but also built to last through every tumble, cuddle, and adventure so, this season, the brand has teamed up with the legendary British design house Liberty Fabrics to create a collection that celebrates both timeless artistry and the joy of everyday play.

Martina Wernermar, Chief Product and Sustainability Officer at PO.P commented: “When a Swedish brand with a passion for sustainable design meets a British one with 150 years of textile heritage, something unexpected yet entirely natural happens. We’ve long admired Liberty Fabrics, and we’re incredibly proud to now weave their legacy together with ours – and it’s especially fun that it coincides with their anniversary year.”
The collection has already proved a hit, with several pieces selling out in the first few days. But don’t worry, restocks are on the way, so you can still get your hands on all the essentials, from floral quilted jackets and snug pramsuits to sweet accessories and the cosiest pyjamas.
We managed to get our hands on the Liberty print dress in the Ciara pattern, for us, a true iconic piece from the collection, bringing a burst of colour and charm to winter wardrobes. The vibrant floral design feels like a little dose of sunshine on those winter grey days, with a thickness perfect for colder weather layering. Soft, comfortable, and designed for movement, it’s perfect for parties or everyday fun. And it has to be said that the matching headband completes the look, for an adorable fit!
In true PO.P style, every piece is still crafted from organic and recycled materials, staying true to PO.P’s long-standing commitment to sustainability.
The PO.P x Liberty Fabrics collection is now live online and in stores. For more details and to purchase, visit www.polarnopyret.co.uk.
