Sensitive Suncare

Parents searching for high-protection sun care for delicate skin have a new solution this summer, as organic skincare brand Green People have unveiled two next-generation SPF50+ sunscreens designed especially for sensitive skin.

The natural skincare brand has launched two fragrance-free formulas that combine high-performance sun protection with eco-conscious credentials offering families a gentler, more sustainable way to stay safe in the sun.

Created with reactive, delicate and prickly heat-prone skin in mind, the new range delivers broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection in lightweight, invisible textures that feel breathable and comfortable on the skin. Both formulas filter more than 98% of UVB rays while avoiding the heavy, greasy feel often associated with high-factor sunscreens.

The launches include the new Scent Free Sunscreen SPF50+ for adults and the Organic Children Scent Free Sunscreen SPF50+, specially developed for children’s delicate skin.

Both formulas are enriched with soothing Aloe Vera, nourishing Jojoba Esters and hydrating Glycerin to help support the skin barrier while keeping skin calm and moisturised during sun exposure.

Importantly for eco-conscious families, the sunscreens are also free from reef-harming UV filters such as Oxybenzone and Octinoxate. Instead, Green People has opted for new-generation UV filters considered safer for marine life, helping reduce environmental impact without compromising on protection.

Charlotte Vøhtz, founder of Green People, said: “Sensitive skin deserves sun protection that works with the skin, not against it. These new SPF50+ formulas offer ultra-high protection in truly gentle, fragrance-free textures that support the skin barrier without weighing it down.”

The new sunscreens are dermatologically tested, Allergy Certified, vegan and free from fragrance, essential oils and drying alcohol (ethanol), making them suitable for even highly sensitive skin types.

Both products are available now online priced £30 from www.greenpeople.co.uk and AWIN
