The Big Retreat 2023

It’s just six months to go until festival-goers are rocking up and pitching their tents at the The Big Retreat taking place from 1st – 4th June 2023.

The Big Retreat is the UK’s fastest-growing wellbeing festival.  We are delighted to share with you the much-anticipated line-up that has just been released featuring Scouting for Girls to cooking workshops with Ryan Riley, author of Life Kitchen.

Relax, reflect and reboot at The Big Retreat, hosted at Lawrenny Park Estate nestled in the unspoiled Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

With 10 feel-good areas to choose from and a total of 300 carefully curated wellbeing, food, drink, live music, and craft activities, there’s an opportunity to get back to nature, reconnect with yourself, the people you love, and the things that simply make you smile.

The Big Retreat will be serving up a smorgasbord of feel-good wonders to delight, refresh and inspire. Get your blood flowing with a workout led by Mr Motivator, your taste buds tantalising with a cooking workshop led by low-waste chef Max La Manna and learn how to develop a healthy relationship with food from diet myth busting Sunday Times Bestselling author Graeme Tomlinson, aka The Fitness Chef.

Later, enjoy the buzz of live music from headliners including Toploader, Youngr, Mother Pukka’s DJ set, Hot Flush with Anders Wendal, and Huey Morgan DJ set. If you like a slower pace, try yoga, gong baths, gin workshops, or woodland foraging, and – if you’re feeling particularly adventurous – enjoy an orgasm workshop led by renowned Tantra Massage coaches, Rob and Verka.

And the list goes on for younger visitors with hours of fun to be had from bushcraft and den building, trampolining and fitness classes, family yoga and mindfulness, and the great outdoors to run around in the fresh air.

Organiser and Founder, Amber Lort-Phillips, says: “Tickets are selling fast and we can’t wait to make more memories, laugh lots, try new things and soak up some much-needed positive energy.  Healing vibes are rooted in the festival’s enriched site here in Pembrokeshire as it was once a peaceful retreat for people to escape to after WWII and recover.  We’re all seeking calm as we battle through our daily struggles so will welcome this soothing power, enhanced by the fantastic line-up and record number of artists booked.”
