Universal Orlando Resort has announced that its newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe, will open on May 22, 2025, ushering in a new era of entertainment with five fantastical worlds designed to captivate and amaze guests. This long-anticipated addition to Universal Orlando’s lineup will transform the resort into a comprehensive vacation destination, inviting guests to explore a universe of groundbreaking attractions and immersive experiences.
Epic Universe will feature over 50 experiences, from attractions and entertainment to themed dining and shopping, spread across five distinct worlds: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe. The park will also include Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a 500-room Loews hotel that offers exclusive access to Epic Universe, featuring a private entrance for guests.
Ahead of the opening, Universal Orlando will launch the 2025 Explorer Ticket, which includes single-day admission to Epic Universe and becomes available on October 22, 2024. Universal Orlando Annual Passholders will have priority access to purchase single-day tickets starting October 24. General ticket sales for Epic Universe will follow in the coming months, expanding options for all guests to experience Universal’s latest theme park.
Universal Epic Universe’s debut will make Universal Orlando Resort home to four world-class theme parks, alongside 11 hotels, creating a fully immersive vacation destination for visitors of all ages.
